About these terms
SME Engine for Trades is a product of SME Marketing and Sales, a sole trader based in New Zealand. These terms set out how the service works when you sign up and use it.
Plans and pricing
Plans are month to month, except Pro, which has a 3 month minimum. Prices are as shown on the SME Engine for Trades page at the time you sign up.
Usage and add-ons
Text messages, email sends and AI usage are billed separately through your account wallet. New Zealand text messaging needs an inst8 account that you sign up to directly.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect from your next billing date.
